Refund and Returns Policy

We are a company that works everyday to support homes and families using our products. Customer satisfaction is our top priority. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, we are ready to hear your concern and we’re dedicated to meet your expectations.

We welcome return and exchange requests for any product(s) bought from our store within 30 days from the date of delivery. For purpose of authenticity, we recommend that you must ship back the item(s) to us in their actual condition and packaging.

Return/Refund Policy

Return your item in its original condition and packaging within 30days and we will refund your initial amount in full.

IMPORTANT NOTE: The amount refundable in the case of a return is exclusive of the initial shipping cost charged to deliver the item to you. Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, all shipping and handling costs may be deducted from your refund. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. 

10% Restocking fees is charged if merchandise is returned not in its original condition, without all the original packaging, instructions, and accessories, and damaged packaging, for reasons not due to our error.

 

Change of mind returns:

If you change your mind, you may return most new and unopened items within 30 days of the receipt of delivery for a full refund of the price you paid for the item, provided you comply with the conditions below. Original shipping fees for change of mind returns are not refunded. 

Conditions applying to change of mind returns 

Unless otherwise stated in this Policy: 

  • All item packaging, documentation (e.g. original boxes, price tag intact, manuals, warranty cards, certificates of authenticity, grading, and appraisal etc), and original accompanying accessories must be returned with the returned items. 
  • Packaging must be unopened and seals intact (where applicable) except for fashion items (e.g. clothing, jewelry, shoes and watches) which can be opened.
  • New items must be returned unused, undamaged and unworn. 
  • All items must not be damaged, contain missing parts or in unsellable condition because of customer negligence, misuse or tampering.
  • All items must not have been resized, damaged or otherwise altered after delivery. 

HomeTangent is not required to accept change of mind returns on items outside the specified return window or change of mind returns of items that do not comply with this Policy.

These conditions apply only to change of mind returns and do not apply to items that are returned because they are faulty.

Customer Damage

HomeTangent is not required to accept any returned item that, as a result of customer negligence, misuse or tampering, is damaged, has missing parts or in an unsellable condition.

Shipping

For change of mind returns, you are responsible for any return shipping costs.

 

How long does it take to process a return?

We process returns within a period of 1-3 days after receiving your package. Part of this process involves inspecting your returned package for us to know if it’s eligible for a refund.

We then credit back your refund but it may take a few days for the amount to reflect on your statement, depending on the payment method used to place your order.

 

Exchange Policy

We can only exchange items that are returned because of size or color mismatch. Additional shipping cost will be applied.
